Community Code of Conduct
Respect & Kindness
Treat all members with respect and maintain a supportive environment focused on parenting and early learning.
Constructive Engagement
Keep discussions constructive and avoid hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior.
Privacy
Never share private or sensitive information of others without their consent.
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or removal from the program without refund.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, videos, guides, and graphics are the intellectual property of From the Womb to Words. You may not copy, resell, or distribute materials outside the community without written permission.
Ambassadors may use official campaign graphics and swipe copy only for the purpose of promotion.
Affiliate & Ambassador Guidelines
FTC Compliance
Affiliates and ambassadors must follow FTC guidelines and disclose that they may earn a commission on referrals.
Ethical Promotion
You may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or false claims about the program.
Commission Policy
All commissions are paid only on valid sales that are not refunded or disputed.
Scholarship and Discount Policies
Scholarships are limited and subject to availability. We're committed to making our program accessible to families who need it most.
Discounts are time-limited and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Payment & Refund Policy
All enrollments are final unless a refund is offered in writing. If refunds are offered, any affiliate commission already paid on that sale will be reversed.
We value transparency in our financial policies and strive to maintain fair practices for all members and affiliates.
Media Release
Content Usage
By participating, you grant From the Womb to Words permission to use photos, testimonials, or videos you voluntarily submit for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent Revocation
You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting fromthewombtowords@gmail.com in writing.

Termination of Membership
